Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about GREEN AI products, deployment, and partnership.
Products & Technology
What is the accuracy of your license plate recognition system?
Our ALPR system achieves 99.7% recognition accuracy under standard conditions, including night-time, rain, and partial occlusion. The system supports all international plate formats and is continuously improved through federated learning from deployed units.
What is the difference between the SuperEye E500 and C600 cameras?
The SuperEye E500 is a high-position panoramic camera designed for large open parking lots, covering up to 80 spaces per unit. The C600 is a multi-lens ALPR camera optimized for roadside enforcement and highway tolling, with 3-lane simultaneous capture capability.
Does the system work without internet connectivity?
Yes. All GREEN AI hardware includes edge computing capability (AI Box or embedded processing). The system operates fully offline for core functions (detection, billing, enforcement) and syncs to the cloud when connectivity is restored. This is critical for remote or unreliable network environments.
What certifications do your products hold?
GREEN AI products are CE, FCC, and RoHS certified. Our cameras are IP67-rated for outdoor use. The AIPark OS platform is ISO 27001 compliant for data security. Specific certifications vary by product — please refer to individual product datasheets.
Deployment & Installation
How long does a typical deployment take?
Deployment timelines vary by project scale. A standard roadside deployment of 200–500 spaces typically takes 2–3 weeks from contract signing to go-live. Campus systems (500–2,000 spaces) take 3–6 weeks. Highway gantry installations are typically 1–2 days per site.
Do you provide installation services internationally?
Yes. We have certified installation partners in Southeast Asia and the Middle East. For new markets, we can deploy a GREEN AI field team for the initial project and train local technicians for ongoing maintenance. All installations are backed by our standard SLA.
What infrastructure is required for installation?
For roadside systems: existing street poles or new poles (we can supply), 220V power or solar option, and 4G/5G or wired internet. For campus systems: standard electrical infrastructure and network access. Our GreenVision G200 solar pole eliminates the need for grid power in remote locations.
Pricing & Commercial
What is your pricing model?
GREEN AI offers both CAPEX (hardware purchase) and OPEX (subscription/SaaS) models. The OPEX model includes hardware, installation, software, and support in a monthly per-space fee — ideal for municipalities and operators who prefer predictable costs. Contact us for a custom quote.
Is there a minimum project size?
Our minimum project size is 50 parking spaces for roadside systems and 100 spaces for campus systems. For pilot projects, we offer a 30-day trial program with 20–50 spaces at reduced cost to demonstrate ROI before full deployment.
Do you offer sample units for evaluation?
Yes. Qualified projects can receive 1–3 sample units for a 30-day evaluation period. Sample units are provided at a refundable deposit. Contact our sales team to apply for the sample program.
